Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Tech/Arch Senior Manager to drive delivery of complex SAP solutions, focusing on mobile, web, and tablet interfaces. You will lead client engagements, define requirements, and ensure high-quality development aligned with business needs.

The role requires leadership across multiple activities, strong stakeholder engagement, and travel up to 40-60% to meet client needs in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
