Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Tech/Arch Senior Manager to drive the delivery of complex SAP engagements and partner with clients on strategic SAP solutions. You will define user requirements and develop interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, delivering development services aligned with business goals.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks and budgets, and travel to client sites up to 60% while ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities
