Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an SAP Tech/Arch Senior Manager to lead complex SAP client engagements, define user requirements and develop interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will code, design specifications, and deliver development services aligned with business needs.

This role requires travel 40-60%, strong Agile and SAP BTP experience, program and engagement management, and proven ability to manage client relationships while building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
