Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP Tech/Arch Senior Manager to shape and deliver complex SAP initiatives across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces. You will identify user requirements, code and design solutions, and guide development services aligned with business needs.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee budgets and resource planning for multi-faceted SAP engagements, with 40-60% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities
