Job summary

EY seeks an SAP Tech/Arch Senior Manager to drive delivery of complex SAP programs, shaping solutions across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces. You’ll define user requirements, write specifications, and deliver development services aligned with business needs.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure program success with travel to client sites. Strong SAP BTP, RISE experience and exceptional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
