Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP Engagement Lead to drive delivery of complex SAP programs for global clients. You’ll manage client relationships, budgets, and cross‑functional teams through architecture, development, testing, and deployment in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Travel is 40–60%. You’ll translate business needs into SAP and non‑SAP solutions, leveraging SAP BTP and SAP RISE hosting. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of SAP experience are required, with master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
