Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Senior Application Project Manager to lead complex enterprise application initiatives from planning through deployment and transition to operations. You will manage implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives that enable business process improvement and technology modernization.

The role partners with stakeholders across enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, procurement, finance, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5–8 years (Level III) or 8–10+ (Level IV) years of progressive IT project management, application project management, or related technology leadership experience.
• Strong project management discipline across scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading enterprise application projects in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.
• Must be located in Eastern or Central time zones and willing to travel 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects, including implementations and migrations.
• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting meet PMO standards and stage-gate processes.
• Communicate project health and outcomes to sponsors and leadership.
