You will define requirements, map end-to-end planning processes, support deployments, and drive improvements in workflows, data analysis, and key metrics while collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP experience in planning or MRP environments.
• 7+ years of analyst experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Ability to define requirements and bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Proven collaboration with IT and planning teams on deployments and training.

Responsabilités

• Engage with supply chain teams to gather pain points and use cases.
• Define business requirements and justify applications to support operations.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility.
• Partner with IT to implement new capabilities and manage enhancements.
• Create process flows, requirement documents, and test/training materials.
• Lead UAT, user training and change management.
• Investigate system issues and drive resolutions with IT and users.
• Support key SCM metrics analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Work independently and in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
