Job summary

CTG is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect for a 9-month engagement in Milwaukee, WI. Lead design and deployment of SF solutions, partner with stakeholders, and guide a technical team through integration and architecture decisions.

You will stay current with SAP SF innovations, ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations, and promote best practices across modules and HR technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Experience serving as a Solution Architect within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules and integrating HR technology solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience developing architecture strategies that support business objectives while minimizing technical debt.
• Experience with enterprise HR technology implementations, enhancements, and ongoing platform support.
