Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Certified Associate level for one or more SAP SuccessFactors/HCM modules
• 7+ years of experience performing technical assessments for data migration and integration
• Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops

Responsibilities

• Configure SuccessFactors modules for clients
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes
• Conduct data analysis and create related reports
• Assist in proposal development as needed
