Responsibilities

• Provide process and application subject matter expertise.
• Lead and facilitate discussions about configuration throughout the Project phases.
• Configure the system, forms, competency models, rating scales, and route maps.
• Track configuration issues and revise configuration to incorporate Customer requirements.
• Load test users. Provide sample test scripts.
• Provide module-specific data file specifications and sample file.
• Describe various testing strategies. Lock down system.
• Provide overview of standard reporting options.
• Execute knowledge transfer to Customer team members.
