Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformation maven to lead large SAP SuccessFactors programs, including compensation. You will guide client engagements, manage diverse teams, and drive the delivery of complex transformation initiatives with offshore and onshore resources.

Expect regular travel and deep domain expertise across SuccessFactors modules. You will engage with sponsors, shape program scope, ensure quality delivery, and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions to solve business problems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project, large workstream, or client lead on large transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Certification in multiple SuccessFactors areas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SF Compensation Strategy.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; 12 years total, or Associate's with 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects with scope and risk management.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems.
• Lead teams across clients and workstreams, interfacing with multiple groups.
• Run the workstreams and project activities assigned.
• Drive profitability and maintain service quality.
• Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, change management, and PM workstreams.
• Refine methods and tools to meet client needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Document requirements, solutions, and final decisions.
