Truist Financial Corporation seeks a senior SAP technical leader to deliver complex SAP solutions and guide architecture across ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud integrations. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineers to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP landscapes.

You will mentor developers, lead code reviews, and enforce development standards while driving modernization and best practices in a multi-team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with IT/software engineering background.
3+ years of SAP development or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA) and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions and integrations.
Provide technical leadership and establish development standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and oversee code reviews and architecture sessions.
Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
Ensure security, performance, and reliability of SAP ecosystems.
