You will drive end-to-end SAP design, development, integration, testing, and deployment across large-scale modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of SAP experience, S/4HANA, BTP, and CI/CD expertise, plus strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP solution delivery experience.
• S/4HANA experience required.
• S/ Service Cloud (C4C) experience preferred.
• BTP and Integration Suite experience.
• ABAP development and SAP APIs knowledge.
• Experience with SAP in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Review technical designs, code deliverables, and test results across SAP customer systems.
• Provide technical guidance and SAP implementation best practices.
• Oversee SAP design, configuration, customization, and integration activities.
• Coordinate delivery across internal and third-party teams.
• Guide RICEFW development and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Contract Duration:

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Conversion Salary:

$140,000 - $150,000 annually

Our client is a major energy and utilities organization focused on large-scale technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Based out of Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN, they are looking to hire a Senior SAP Solution Delivery Lead on a Contract-to-Hire basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a high-visibility SAP transformation program supporting critical customer service and Meter-to-Cash operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP expertise and the ability to provide technical leadership across design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities. Daily Responsibilities
