Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP data management specialist with deep expertise in System Landscape Optimization (SLO) tools to lead complex landscape transformations, mergers, carve-outs, and data migrations using DMLT, SNP Transformation Backbone, and SLT.

You will guide clients through multi-workstream programs, drive end-to-end data migration planning for SAP ERP and S/4HANA, and mentor teams while communicating clear roadmaps to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience with focus on SAP SLO tools (DMLT, SNP Transformation Backbone, or SLT).
• 2 full end-to-end SAP landscape transformation or data migration implementations (merger, carve-out, harmonization).
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA data migration concepts (LTMC/LTMOM or equivalent tools).
• 2+ years working with SAP data structures across at least two functional areas (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; 6 years if Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead SAP SLO-based system landscape transformation programs (mergers, divestitures, carve-outs) using DMLT, SNP Backbone, SLT.
• Lead end-to-end data migration planning, analysis, and execution for SAP ERP and S/4HANA.
• Configure and operate SLT for real-time data replication scenarios.
