Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP data management specialist with deep expertise in System Landscape Optimization (SLO) tools to lead complex landscape transformations in the Cleveland area. You will architect and execute mergers, carve-outs, data migrations using DMLT, SNP Transformation Backbone, and SLT, guiding clients through multi-workstream programs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years SAP experience with at least 3 years in SAP SLO tools.
Two full end-to-end SAP landscape transformation or data migration implementations.
3+ years SAP S/4HANA data migration concepts and tooling.
Experience with SAP data structures across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

Design and execute SAP SLO-based landscape transformation programs (mergers, divestitures, carve-outs).
Lead end-to-end data migration planning, analysis and execution across SAP ERP, S/4HANA.
Configure and operate SLT for real-time data replication.
Collaborate to define migration objects, transformation rules, data mapping.
Perform system analysis, data profiling, and risk mitigation.
Support cutover planning, rehearsals, and go-live for SLO projects.
Advise clients on SLO best practices and migration approaches.
