Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) II to provide multi-disciplinary security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operations. The role covers day-to-day analysis, policy execution, and security education across government and contractor staff.

The PSR II will ensure adherence to NISPOM and related policies, develop security procedures, and identify vulnerabilities while coordinating with SAP security personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associate's +2 years experience (4 years)
• 8+ years of related security experience
• Experience in working with Special Access Programs (SAP) is required
• Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR)
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
• SFPC and SPSC certifications count toward years of experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
• Develop and execute SAP/SCI/collateral security procedures
• Provide day-to-day security support and improve security policies and systems
• Identify vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended mitigations
• Train and support Operations Security programs and education
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to implement lessons learned
