Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) I to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operations. The PSR I role focuses on day-to-day security analysis across collateral, SCI, and SAP activities to safeguard information.

The position requires 5+ years of related experience, current TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and the willingness to travel within the designated AOR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• US citizenship required
• Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR)

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DOD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data
• Provide day-to-day security support with ongoing assessment of procedures and implementation of improvements
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs
• Monitor, report and track corrective actions from reviews
• Ensure timely notification of security matters to program staff
• Conduct exploration of loss or suspected compromise of classified information
• Coordinate with SAP security to incorporate lessons learned into education program
