Job summary

System High Corporation seeks Program Security Representatives (PSR) at Levels I, II, and III to support SAP, SCI, and collateral programs. The role covers day-to-day multi-discipline security, compliance reviews, and incident investigations in a high-sensitivity environment.

Candidates must hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and be willing to undergo a counterintelligence polygraph. Experience levels vary by designation, with related SAP experience and SPeD certifications

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies
Develop and implement SAP/SCI/collateral safeguarding procedures
Provide day-to-day security support and assess procedures for shortfalls
Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks for test, training, and operations
Develop, implement, and train OPSEC programs
Provide contractor and subordinate facility oversight and assistance
Brief personnel at all levels on security topics
Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-on reviews
Monitor and track corrective actions from reviews
Notify program staff of pertinent security matters
Investigate loss or compromise of classified information and assess damage
Coordinate with SAP security for lessons learned in training programs
