Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) II to support SAP, SCI, and collateral data handling for US military operations. The role emphasizes day-to-day multi-discipline analysis, policy implementation, and SAP compliance across programs.

Requires TS/SCI clearance with prior SAP access, and may involve up to 25% travel to support diverse operations and training across sites. This position offers growth within a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Total 12+ years security experience; OR 8+ years related experience; AND Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (in DISS)
• Willingness to travel 10-25%
• Experience safeguarding SAP/SCI data and collateral information

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
• Provide day-to-day security support for SAP, SCI and collateral data across US military operations
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training and operational activities
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into SAP education & awareness program
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on a variety of security topics
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and track corrective actions
