Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. in Dayton, OH seeks a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral data across US military operations.

You will perform day-to-day analysis and ensure compliance with NISPOM, SAP policy, and related security standards. Requirements include 8+ years of related experience, SAP experience, and TS/SCI with CI polygraph; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience (or equivalent).
• SAP experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years).
• Security Certifications: SFPC counts toward 3 years; SPSC counts toward 5 years; SPED up to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support, identify shortfalls, and revise security policies and systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Provide contractor and subordinate facility oversight and assistance.
• Brief government personnel on security topics at various levels.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility close-outs.
• Monitor, report and track all corrective actions from reviews.
• Notify program technical and management staff of pertinent security matters.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information and generate damage assessments.
• Coordinate lessons learned into SAP security education and awareness program.
