Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Program Security Representative to provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. You will ensure adherence to NISPOM and related policies, and contribute to developing and training security procedures.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience and TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph potential, with SAP experience preferred. Travel is 10-25% and onsite work in the Washington, DC area is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• SAP experience desired.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• SPED Certifications max 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data.
• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop, implement, and train OPS security programs and procedures.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security policies and systems.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into training.
• Brief government and senior civilian personnel on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and close-outs.
• Monitor and track corrective actions from reviews.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters in a timely manner.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information.
