Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Security Representative to provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral activities.

You will ensure compliance with NISPOM and related policies, develop safeguarding procedures, and lead security initiatives within the program. Role includes vulnerability assessments, training, and coordinating with SAP security personnel while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related experience required.
• 2+ years SAP experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP/SCI/collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAP/SCI activities.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks to testing and operations.
• Assist in developing and training the Operations Security program.
• Oversee contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
• Brief government and civilian staff on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs.
• Monitor and report corrective actions from reviews.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters.
• Investigate loss/compromise of classified information and generate damage assessments.
• Coordinate lessons learned for SAP security education and awareness.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members.
