Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Team Lead for SAP Sales and Distribution to guide the functional lead and SME for SAP SD and logistics processes, in a hybrid onsite role in Greensboro, NC. Lead workshops, drive requirements, and ensure successful delivery of SAP projects including the ECC to S/4HANA transition.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP SD, strong leadership and stakeholder engagement, and experience with integrations, testing, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a STEM field with 8+ years SAP SD experience.
• Hands-on in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong configuration, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Experience with SAP integrations, testing, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and workshops for SAP SD and logistics.
• Oversee Order-to-Cash configuration and ECC to S/4HANA transition.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors for production support and improvements.
• Ensure SOX controls, audits, and Center of Excellence compliance.
