Job summary

Honda South Carolina Manufacturing is seeking an experienced SAP Lead for Sales and Distribution. The role requires guiding SAP SD solutions, overseeing Order-to-Cash, and driving ECC to S/4HANA transformation while coordinating with business and IT stakeholders.

The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years in SAP SD, strong OTC knowledge, and hands-on leadership across projects, with a focus on delivering stable operations and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 8+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong SAP SD configuration and OTC knowledge.
• Experience with SD integration with MM/LE/WM/EWM/FI/CO and related master data.
• Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• 5+ years in project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead and SME for SAP SD and related logistics in an enterprise environment.
• Lead and coordinate requirements gathering, design validation, UAT, and transports.
• Support ECC to S/4HANA transformation including cutover planning and hypercare.
• Provide production support, incident management, and enhancements.
• Lead COE activities, SOX controls, and governance for SAP processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
