ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to provide expert functional support, configuration, and design across SAP modules in the order-to-cash and logistics lifecycle.

The role requires consulting-level SAP experience, including requirements analysis, gap assessment, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams. Strong integration knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent on-the-job experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP SD/LE/SCM experience at a consulting level.
• Deep knowledge of the retail industry and end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP integration technologies.
• Ability to lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting, including requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Configure SD/LE/SCM components such as pricing, order management, delivery processing, billing, and shipping.
• Develop functional specs for RICEFW objects and lead testing efforts.
• Support SAP integration with warehouse/3PL, EDI, carriers, and internal apps.
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions and drive process improvements.
