Job summary
ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking an SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert functional support, design scalable solutions, and lead enhancements across order-to-cash and logistics.
You will partner with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to optimize processes and SAP functionality in a complex retail environment. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- 5+ years supporting SAP SD/LE/SCM at a consulting level.
- Deep knowledge of the retail industry and full order-to-cash lifecycle.
- Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP integration tech.
- Ability to lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting with requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Configure SD/LE/SCM components: pricing, order, delivery, billing, shipping, and returns.
- Lead testing efforts: unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Support SAP integration with warehouse/3PL, EDI, carriers, and internal apps.
- Analyze performance and generate reports to ensure reliability and security.
