ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert functional support, design scalable solutions, and lead enhancements across order-to-cash and logistics processes.

You will partner with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT to implement configurations, perform testing, and ensure accurate data interfaces (IDocs, EDI, APIs) while driving process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent on the job experience.
• 5+ years of related professional experience supporting SAP SD/LE/SCM at a consulting level.
• Deep knowledge of the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of the full order-to-cash lifecycle and related processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design.
• Configure SD/LE/SCM components such as pricing, order management, delivery processing, billing, ATP, shipping, transportation, and returns.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Lead testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support SAP integration with external systems (e.g., warehouse/3PL, EDI, carriers) and internal applications.
• Analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and SAP functionality.
• Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of SAP applications.
