Job summary

Accenture in San Francisco is seeking a Senior SAP Sales Professional to own and win competitive SAP opportunities from Phase 0 to contract execution. You will serve as the primary commercial anchor across Sales, Delivery, Technology, Industry, and Alliances, driving differentiated SAP solutions and measurable client ROI.

You will lead executive discovery, shape business cases, and align stakeholders at the C-suite level, while leveraging Accenture's SAP ecosystem to accelerate wins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Minimum 3+ years closing large SAP deals (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Industry Cloud).
• Minimum 3+ years carrying individual quota (prefer $20M+).
• Minimum 3+ years working with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Minimum 3+ years cross-functional collaboration in a global, matrixed org.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in P&L awareness, deal structuring & negotiation.
• Industry experience in Products/Retail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years work exp).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and Phase 0 shaping to contract signature.
• Lead client discovery and executive alignment to define ROI and position SAP capabilities.
• Drive qualification, win strategy, and competitive positioning at each pursuit stage.
• Influence C-suite and program sponsors to shape requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Partner with SAP practice and delivery teams to co-create differentiated SAP solutions.
