Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Senior Project Manager, SAP S/4HANA Transformation, to lead planning, execution and delivery of the ERP program. This hybrid role is located in Providence, RI, coordinating stakeholders, IT leadership, SIs, and partners to meet schedule and budget targets.

The candidate will drive end-to-end transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations, with a strong emphasis on governance, risk management, and organizational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience, incl. 5+ years with SAP ERP initiatives.
• Proven success delivering at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, or migration.
• Expertise in ERP processes, cross-functional integrations, and enterprise project methods.
• Fluency in Italian; English communication required.
• Leadership of large, dispersed teams, SI/partners, and offshore resources.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and risk management.
• Experience reading and communicating in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Create project plans, schedules, budgets, resource models, and governance structures.
• Coordinate workstreams and dependencies across global business and technical teams.
• Oversee design, data migration, testing, training, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, workshops, and executive decisions.
• Monitor program finances, vendor contracts, milestones, risks, and scope.
• Drive organizational readiness and business adoption for ongoing support.
