Job summary

Brightstar is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. You will partner with business leaders, IT, system integrators, and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, across global sites.

The role requires extensive SAP ERP project leadership, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Italian, with international travel.

Qualifications

10+ years of project/program management experience.
5+ years leading SAP ERP initiatives.
Experience leading at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel internationally up to 30-50%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and governance structures.
Oversee multiple project workstreams and ensure achievement of project objectives and milestones.
Serve as the primary liaison among business leaders, executive sponsors, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Facilitate steering committees, workshops, status reviews, and executive communications.
Coordinate global cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
