Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in complex, cross-functional project or program management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (Finance workstream strongly preferred).
• Finance background (Accounting, FP&A, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance-side project and program management activities for SAP S/4HANA deployment.
• Own timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risk management.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment.
