Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr. IT Supply Chain Functional Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Technology team.

This role partners with business stakeholders to translate complex supply chain needs into scalable tech solutions supporting purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment across corporate and plant environments. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement initiatives, driving adoption of modern technologies and AI-enabled capabilities while mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years in business-facing solution delivery or supply chain tech
5+ years supporting the design, delivery, and maintenance of Supply Chain technology solutions
Expertise with SAP S/4HANA modules to support daily operations
Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery methods

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and define solution requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to align local and global requirements
Model and analyze current processes to identify improvements and efficiencies
Evaluate and select technology solutions aligned with business needs
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to standards and best practices
