The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution design, and AI-enabled process improvements, while mentoring analysts and supporting SAP S/4HANA and DevOps practices within a hybrid/remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business-facing solution delivery or supply chain technology roles.
• 5+ years delivering supply chain technology solutions.
• Expertise with SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Excellent functional execution and understanding of business processes.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall.
• Experience identifying and delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive global Supply Chain technology roadmap.
• Lead requirements gathering, define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align requirements.
• Model current processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
