Job summary

Fujitsu in the United States seeks a seasoned SAP S/4HANA RTR Lead Consultant to drive a complex ECC to S/4HANA migration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in RTR workstream including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis including Margin Analysis, implementation and support.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops mapping AS IS to TO BE processes and requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA RTR functionalities per client needs.
• Develop data migration, integration, and reporting solutions.
• Provide guidance on S/4HANA transformation including data migration and training.
• Design and optimize controlling processes to meet business needs.
• Develop test plans and manage system integration testing.
• Train end-users on SAP S/4HANA RTR workflows.
• Oversee data migration between ECC and S/4HANA.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate project status.
