Job summary

Fujitsu Limited is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA RTR Lead Consultant to manage a complex ECC to S/4HANA migration. You will configure the target system, guide data migration, testing, and cutover, and provide expert RTR guidance to clients throughout the project.

The role requires leading workshops, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring alignment with reporting needs across GL, AP, AR, and related modules. Remote work with occasional onsite meetings is supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RTR experience across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing and Margin Analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance-related field; master's preferred.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Strong leadership and executive-level engagement skills.
• Proficient with SAP Activate Roadmap and data migration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to map AS IS/TO BE processes and map requirements across Finance modules.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA RTR functionalities to meet client requirements and ensure best practices.
• Develop technical solutions for data migration, integration, and reporting needs.
• Guide S/4HANA transformation projects including configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Design and optimize controlling processes to fit business needs.
• Collaborate with finance and control teams to align SAP with reporting requirements.
• Develop test plans and execute system/integration testing; support cutover activities.
• Engage with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and manage communications.
