Builders FirstSource, the nation's leading building materials distributor, seeks a Senior Manager of Software Engineering for SAP S/4 RTR. You will drive strategy, design, and delivery of GST/G/L, AP, VIM, FA, PS, and costing solutions, while leading engineering teams and ensuring compliance and performance.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and leadership to implement scalable SAP solutions, mentor teams, and optimize processes for cost efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, CS or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience supporting SAP ERP applications and delivery.
• Minimum 7 years in SAP Finance/Controlling with AP, Tax, VIM, FA, PS, Product Costing.
• Minimum 5 years leading software engineering and support teams.
• Experience with cross-functional partnership with Finance, Tax, Procurement, IT.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee one or more software engineering teams developing modules/applications.
• Lead application strategy aligned with IT goals and roadmap.
• Manage projects from requirements to completion using agile approaches.
• Identify gaps in service delivery and implement improvement plans.
• Be the business SME for complex systems and coordinate cross-teams.
• Ensure alignment of IT strategy with business growth and cost savings.
