Builders FirstSource is pursuing a multi-year transformation to harmonize core operations on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud. The Lead Engineer of SAP S/4HANA Financials will serve as the functional and technical lead for the Record to Report (RTR) stream with a COPA focus, guiding cross-functional delivery and mentoring team members.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience overseeing configuration of SAP Financials including FI & CO.
• Multiple full-life cycle SAP implementations (ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA).
• Strong experience with designing, configuring and supporting RTR areas within SAP (Product costing, COPA, Fixed Assets).

Aufgaben

• Lead SAP Financial S/4HANA RTR workstream end-to-end and drive delivery.
• Own RTR delivery plan, priorities, milestones, and risk management.
• Provide day-to-day functional leadership to teams and vendors.
• Lead solution design reviews and ensure scalable, compliant designs.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders and drive decisions to closure.
• Review and approve specs, configurations, test strategies, and cutover activities.
• Coach and mentor team members and promote knowledge transfer.
• Analyze SAP Financial processes focusing on asset accounting, CO/PA, and product costing.
• Document best practices and support knowledge sharing across teams.
