Job summary

Globalprofessionals is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Lead to own the business reporting layer in a post-go-live SAP S/4HANA environment, turning business questions into reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality and user adoption across functions.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring engagement with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and Warehouse, delivering trusted measures and a catalogue of reports.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business reporting, BI delivery, or analytics.
• Proven experience reporting on SAP data in an S/4HANA environment.
• End-to-end delivery including requirements gathering to dashboard delivery and user adoption.
• Strong master data and data-quality literacy.

Responsibilities

• Capture business questions from functions, translate to reporting requirements, and prioritize delivery.
• Deliver reports and dashboards based on SAP S/4HANA data, hands-on or with IT delivery teams.
• Lead report rationalization: define single sources of truth and a report catalogue.
• Validate reporting outputs through structured business testing prior to release.
