Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a SAP Reporting Lead to own analytics across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Datasphere, and SAC. You will determine the best reporting approach—native SAP analytics, Datasphere, or Snowflake-exposed data—for various business needs and ensure near real-time insights with minimal ETL.

The role requires hands-on CDS development, ABAP reporting, and strong collaboration with the enterprise BI team to deliver performant dashboards and analytics across SAP and non-SAP sources.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP reporting and analytics experience across classic and cloud SAP
• Hands-on CDS views development and exposing via OData
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere
• Experience exporting SAP data to Snowflake for downstream use
• Knowledge of Fiori analytics and ABAP reporting
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI collaboration

Responsibilities

• Define reporting architecture options (Fiori, ABAP, SAC, Datasphere) and select optimal approach
• Design Datasphere data models and SAC dashboards for SAP and non-SAP sources
• Build CDS views for analytic and consumption needs
• Maintain SAP data exposure strategies and SAP-to-Snowflake integrations
• Collaborate with BI/ETL teams to ensure data accuracy and performance
• Guide governance, security, and stakeholder management for reporting
