Jobgether is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager in the United States to lead an enterprise SAP S/4HANA enhancement within a cloud-based environment. You will oversee planning, governance, budgets, and multi-workstream coordination across cloud and on-prem systems.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT project management, hands-on SAP/ERP delivery, and strong stakeholder management. The role involves remote work with some travel and enterprise-scale delivery accountability.

Formación

• Over 10 years leading IT projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Experience managing enterprise SAP/ERP projects and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk mitigation, and resource planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors across multiple IT projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Oversee budgets, risks, issues and change requests through project lifecycle.
• Establish governance frameworks, roles, escalation, approvals, and decision-making structures.
• Plan resource allocation, capacity planning, and forecasting for delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and SI partners to define requirements.
• Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Oversee vendor performance across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Coordinate SAP/ERP integration activities and enterprise applications.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and PMO records.
