Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an SAP S/4HANA QA tester to lead test strategy, develop scenarios and scripts, and supervise end-to-end validation across SD, MM, FICO and EWM modules. You will coordinate defect management, UAT, and cross-functional testing in a fully remote US-based environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of SAP testing experience, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in Agile and CI/CD contexts. You must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of SAP S/4HANA testing experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation.
• Experience with SAP SD, MM, FICO, or EWM modules and related standard transaction codes.
• Experience developing and executing test scripts, end-to-end and cross-functional testing, test data management.
• Defect tracking and resolution using appropriate ALM tools; ability to document and follow defects through resolution.
• Experience with Agile environments, CI/CD pipelines, and data mapping.
• Test automation experience with Tosca, Certify, or UFT One is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and collaboration skills; US citizenship and security eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Test Strategy and Planning: Develop testing strategies, define scope, estimate timelines, and coordinate complex testing across phases.
• Scenario and Script Development: Translate specifications into executable test scenarios and scripts.
• SAP Testing Execution: Conduct unit, integration, performance, regression, and end-to-end testing across SAP S/4HANA.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; manage test data and use SAP tools for defect tracking.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate UAT activities and validate business processes for go-live.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Validate cross-process functionality with stakeholders and end users.
• Quality Assurance and Reporting: Monitor progress, document results, communicate risks, and provide recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation, and efficiency.
