Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Sugar Land seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager for SAP S/4HANA upgrades in North America. You will own regional planning, execution, and governance within a global SAP transformation, coordinating with IT, business process owners, and external consultants.

The role requires extensive SAP project experience, cross-functional leadership, testing, data migration, and change management to ensure a successful go-live in 2028 and effective hypercare afterward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10–15+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Minimum 3–5 full life-cycle SAP implementations, including at least one SAP S/4HANA program.
• Strong cross-functional and international team leadership.
• Certifications such as PMP/Prince2/Scrum are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary North American program/project lead within the global SAP S/4HANA program governance.
• Develop and maintain the regional project plan aligned with global standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate with global IT, regional IT, and external partners/consultants.
• Lead all North American implementation activities across requirements, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• Oversee UAT, training content development, and change management across regions.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement and report status to regional leadership and global steering committee.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and internal controls.
