Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SAP Life Sciences Delivery & Solutioning Architect to lead end-to-end SAP transformations for Life Sciences clients in the US. You will drive solution strategy, governance, and delivery, with emphasis on S/4HANA, BTP, and integration across value streams.

You will shape GTM opportunities, lead large proposals, and guide executive-level stakeholders through complex programs while ensuring regulatory, operational, and business objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP consulting, solution architecture, and large-scale transformation experience in Life Sciences.
• 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations with S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, Data, Analytics, Integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven success leading complex SAP transformation programs including Greenfield/Brownfield deployments.
• Strong GTM, business development, and account growth experience, including solution positioning and strategic pursuit leadership.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts into client-focused solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in sales, solutioning, delivery, alliances, and industry practices.
• SAP certifications required; TOGAF or other architecture credentials preferred; prior experience with large SI/consulting firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a recognized SAP Life Sciences leader across SAP domains (S/4HANA, Supply Chain, BTP).
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and account teams, aligning transformation strategies with objectives.
• Drive GTM strategy, business development, and account growth by shaping opportunities and roadmaps.
• Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and executive presentations for multi-million dollar transformations.
• Build executive relationships and influence stakeholders to align on outcomes and transformation plans.
• Lead enterprise solution architecture, blueprinting, and delivery strategy from pursuit through execution.
• Govern delivery, manage risks, ensure quality, and drive change management and adoption strategies.
• Develop strategic partnerships with SAP and ecosystem partners; contribute to assets and GTM collateral.
• Capture best practices into accelerators and assets; represent Capgemini at industry events and client forums.
