Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC in Pennsylvania seeks a Senior SAP Business Process Owner to provide end-to-end SAP S/4HANA process domain ownership, aligning business operations, system capabilities, and master data governance across functions.

You will design and improve processes, maintain maps and SOPs, define data quality rules, translate business needs into functional specs, lead user acceptance testing, and partner with site SMEs to ensure compliant, measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge or ECC migration experience.
• Master data expertise and advanced Excel capability.
• Experience applying AI tools to business or technical work.
• Lean/Six Sigma or SAP certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs, and visual job aids.
• Define and enforce master data quality rules and governance.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and validate solutions.
• Lead user acceptance testing, including scenario design and defect triage.
• Collaborate with site SMEs to identify issues and verify solutions.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs for the process domain.
• Deliver role-based training and support adoption of changes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
