Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA PEO engineer in Columbus, OH. You will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PEO implementations and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams.

The role requires 10+ years SAP experience, PEO configuration expertise, and strong knowledge of PP/PP-DS/QM within a regulated manufacturing context. Domestic and international travel expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience including at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Hands-on SAP PEO configuration covering BOM handling and EBOM-to-MBOM handover using VEMP.
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing for complex assemblies and PLM/PDM integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA PEO implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Elicit and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Design solutions for discrete manufacturing processes including EBOM/MBOM conversion, routings, and production execution.
