Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Edison, NJ is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead SAP S/4HANA PP/DS design, deployment, and integration for complex manufacturing planning. You will drive planning strategy, manage cross-functional interfaces, and ensure robust cutover and hypercare.

Strong expertise in PP/DS, PEO, and MES is required. The role emphasizes end-to-end scheduling, capacity modeling, and collaboration with business planning and shop-floor teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/DS design, config, and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of PP master data, production versions, MRP, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Experience integrating PP/DS with multiple modules (P​EO, MM, QM, EWM, SD) and MES.
• Ability to map engineering changes to planning and scheduling objects.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA PP/DS design, build, test, and deployment for complex planning.
• Define planning strategy, heuristics, and scheduling models with resource/capacity tooling.
• Align PEO integration across product engineering and production planning processes.
• Ensure end-to-end integration across PP/DS, EWM, QM, MM, SD, and MES for feasible schedules.
• Develop architecture, WRICEF inputs, and cutover readiness plans.
• Support SIT/UAT and hypercare with focus on data quality and feasibility.
