Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a SAP PEO consultant with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA experience in Production Engineering and Operations. You will lead hands-on configuration, EBOM-to-MBOM handovers, and integration with PLM/PDM systems.

The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams and strong MES/PP knowledge. Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Hands-on configuration experience with the SAP PEO module including BOM handling, EBOM-to-MBOM handover using VEMP, shop floor routings, and production models.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, digital thread concepts, and PLM integration.
• Familiarity with integrating engineering systems (PLM, PDM) with SAP ERP.
• Working knowledge of PP and PPDS modules.
• Experience with ECM and Change Impact Analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally at minimum 30%.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (as listed).
• Preferred experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Implement and configure SAP PEO, including ECM deployment.
• Integrate PEO with PP, QM, and shop floor systems.
• Convert EBOM to MBOM as part of core PEO tasks.
• Collaborate with business users, engineers, and consultants to define requirements.
• Provide SME guidance on SAP S/4HANA PEO and MES features.
• Support troubleshooting, training, and testing phases.
