AMAX, a Fremont, CA-based leader in GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure, seeks an MIS/Software team leader with SAP S/4HANA expertise. You will guide deployment, migration, and integration of SAP systems, map user needs to design, and drive global information systems to support business goals.

You will oversee project plans, coordinate with internal users and customers, and push for process improvements while mentoring the MIS team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar professional field.
• Minimum 5 years of MIS/Software team management experience.
• Minimum 7 years database/application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP.
• SAP Deployment experience is a must.
• Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA end to end process integration.
• Peoplesoft experience is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a rapid development environment.
• Strong written/oral communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the deployment and development of SAP S/4 HANA.
• Lead and own the migration and integration from legacy system to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Lead the MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support objectives.
• Translate and map user requirements into database and software design.
• Understand business processes and implement new features based on user requirements.
• Create project plans for internal users and customers.
• Identify root causes and plan process improvements.
• Resolve customer support issues.
• Set up training and knowledge sharing within MIS team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and customers.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend integration or automation.
