Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Principal ERP Architect to provide technical architecture leadership across our SAP S/4HANA landscape and transformation initiatives. This role acts as the ERP architecture authority, guiding standards and ensuring scalable, secure SAP solutions aligned with long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities include governance of development standards, collaboration with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, and mentoring architects and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related discipline.
• 12+ years of SAP experience with focus on SAP technical architecture or ERP transformation.
• 7+ years leading SAP architecture activities for large ERP implementations or transformations.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and deployment models.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA technical architecture activities for implementations and transformations.
• Define and govern SAP technical architecture standards, patterns and best practices.
• Review designs, extensions, interfaces and custom development approaches.
• Guide SAP development teams on RAP, CAP and extensibility frameworks.
• Ensure architecture decisions support Clean Core principles and long-term SAP strategy.
